Meet Our Support Staff Team

The attorneys at the Law Office of Amber L. Niese, LLC are supported by a dedicated team. Each member of our staff plays an important role in assisting with client communication, document preparation, and the day-to-day operations of the firm. Together, we work to provide the practical support and attention to detail that allows our office to serve clients effectively.

Shelby Rupright

Shelby Rupright has been an integral part of the Law Office of Amber L. Niese, LLC since 2018 and serves as the firm’s Probate Administrator. In this role, she handles the intake and prepares documents for all probate-related matters handled by the firm, including estates and guardianships. Additionally, she helps manage client intake for estate planning matters and assist the attorneys with the estate planning process.

With a broad background in both the legal and accounting fields, Shelby brings valuable experience to the firm. As a key member of the firm’s team, she helps coordinate many of the day-to-day aspects of estate planning and probate matters and serves as a primary point of contact for clients navigating these processes. She works closely with the attorneys and clients to help ensure matters move forward efficiently and that clients receive clear guidance throughout the process.

Shelby works out of the firm’s Napoleon office and lives in New Bavaria with her husband, Dan, and their two children. She honors the opportunity to work closely with families in the community, assisting them with planning for the future and guiding them through the difficult responsibilities that follow the loss of a loved one.

Angie Niese

Angie Niese has been the firm’s bookkeeper since 2019 and manages the financial records for both the Law Office of Amber L. Niese, LLC and County Line Title, LLC. She oversees invoicing, the processing of client payments, and the day-to-day accounting functions that help keep both businesses operating smoothly.

Prior to serving in her current role, she worked in a family business and also performed title searches and settlement statement preparation for the firm. Her background in both business operations and real estate records provides valuable experience and attention to detail that supports the firm’s legal and title services. Through her careful and consistent work, she helps ensure the financial side of the office runs efficiently and supports the team in serving clients effectively.

Angie works out of the firm’s Miller City office. She lives outside of Miller City with her husband, Matt, and their two children. She enjoys supporting the team behind the scenes and helping ensure the firm operates smoothly for the clients and communities it serves.

Marie Schroeder

Marie Schroeder has been part of the Law Office of Amber L. Niese, LLC since 2020, when she first joined the firm as a part-time assistant while still in high school. As someone who grew up in the area, she values being able to contribute to a local firm that serves families and businesses throughout Northwest Ohio.

At the firm, Marie assists with estate planning drafting. She helps prepare documents, organize files, and support the attorneys in making sure estate planning matters are ready for review and signing. Having worked with the firm for several years, she is familiar with the firm’s processes and takes pride in helping ensure things run smoothly for both the team and the clients the firm serves.

Outside of the office, Marie works as a registered nurse in labor and delivery. Her work in healthcare reflects the same compassion, attention to detail, and dedication that she brings to her work with the firm. She enjoys being able to continue assisting the firm and its clients while also pursuing her career in healthcare and serving her community in both roles.

 
 

Josh Niese

Josh Niese joined the Law Office of Amber L. Niese, LLC in 2021 and serves as the primary point of contact for the firm’s real estate transactions in Henry County. He works closely with the firm’s attorneys to coordinate the many steps involved in residential, agricultural, and commercial real estate transactions.

Prior to joining the firm, he gained experience working in the accounting industry. That background supports his work in preparing settlement statements and coordinating the financial aspects of real estate transactions. Additionally, Josh assists with the preparation of purchase contracts, performs title searches, and handles real estate closings. Clients, realtors, and lenders frequently work with him throughout the transaction as he helps coordinate documents, scheduling, and closing details so that matters move efficiently from contract through closing.

Josh works out of the firm’s Napoleon office, and he lives in Napoleon with his wife, Emily, and their daughter. One of his favorite parts of the job at the firm is meeting buyers, sellers, and local real estate professionals at the closing table and helping transactions come together.

 
 

Kelly Tussing

Kelly Tussing joined the Law Office of Amber L. Niese, LLC in 2025 and serves as a legal assistant supporting the firm’s estate planning and real estate practice. She assists with the preparation of purchase contracts, deeds, and other closing documents, and helps coordinate the scheduling of real estate closings. She also assists with estate planning signings and helps guide clients through the final steps of their legal matters.

With a strong customer service orientation and a background in administrative work for public service agencies, Kelly brings a thoughtful and supportive approach to working with clients as they navigate important legal decisions. She enjoys helping ensure the process runs smoothly for individuals and families handling estate planning and real estate transactions and strives to make clients feel comfortable and informed throughout the process.

Kelly works out of the firm’s Miller City office and lives in Leipsic with her husband, Aaron, and their three children. Growing up and raising her family in the area, she values being part of a local law practice that serves families throughout the surrounding communities.
