Welcome to the website

Welcome to my website! In this “blog” I intend to periodically post useful information relevant to my practice areas; however, for my first post, I would like to give some introductory remarks.

Since I started my own law firm, I often get the response, “a lawyer in Miller City?” When I first started out I was working out of my house, but soon wanted a space separate and apart from my kids’ toy room. I was fortunate enough to find a great location in Miller City, which is convenient for me as a mom who recently had her third child. Quite frankly this is not your “grandfather’s law firm.” The traditional ways of practicing law and billing clients are fading out. Technology can be utilized to perform high quality legal services in a cost-effective manner and enhance substantive legal knowledge, even in the smallest of towns like Miller City.

Jud and I look forward to raising our kids, growing our businesses, and giving back to this community in the coming years. We would like to extend a special thank you to the Miller City – New Cleveland Local School District for renting us our office space and for all of the accommodations their staff members have made for us as we are starting out. We would also like to give a special thank you to all of our family and friends who are now our clients/customers.
