About Amber L. Niese
The Law Office of Amber L. Niese, LLC was founded in 2016 by Amber L. (Wagner) Niese and focuses on estate planning, estate/trust administration, elder law and special needs, probate matters, real estate, and business matters. Amber is committed to building trusted and long-term relationships with her clients and finding the best solution for each client’s individual and unique goals, circumstances, and concerns. She stays up to date on the latest developments in her practice areas and takes a thorough and careful approach to each client matter that she handles.
Amber grew up on the Henry/Putnam County line and graduated from Patrick Henry High School. She then graduated from Bowling Green State University and the University of Toledo College of Law. During law school, Amber was a member of the Law Review and served as a law clerk in the Office of the General Counsel at Cleveland Clinic and a general practice law firm in Wood County, Ohio. After being admitted to practice law in the State of Ohio in 2009, Amber was involved in the general practice of law for a firm in Wood County, Ohio, handling a broad range of cases, including domestic relations, juvenile custody, juvenile delinquencies, criminal misdemeanors, collection work, landlord-tenant disputes, contract disputes, estate planning, real estate, and business matters. Thereafter, she worked for five years as a Staff Attorney for the Defiance and Lima offices of the former UAW Legal Services Plan, focusing on and obtaining concentrated experience in the areas of estate planning, elder law and special needs matters, estate administration, guardianships, and other probate matters.
In 2016, Amber opened her own practice with a focus on estate planning, estate/trust administration, elder law and special needs, probate matters, real estate, and business matters. Amber is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, the Henry County Bar Association, the Putnam County Bar Association, and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA). She also serves as the village solicitor for several local villages.
Amber, her husband, Justin, and their four children live outside of Miller City. Their family are members of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in New Bavaria, where Amber teaches the high school CCD class.
